Be charmed from the first step inside the location: recently renovated, the Victor apartment offers an open space kitchen with the access to the first bathroom with a shower. A couple of small steps lead you to to the large living room, which features a pull out sofa bed and a Smart TV. The windowed corridor grant you access to the romantic double-bedded bedroom, with its own private bathroom. Also, a velux window adds extra charm. One bright bedroom with two single beds completes the apartment. The apartment overlooks the internal courtyard so it is quiet. All rooms feature heating and air conditioning equipment, as well as free WI-FI, bed linen and towels for each Guest. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift. The apartment is located close to the historical San Lorenzo Central Market and the Santa Maria Novella Central Station. The Duomo is a less then 10 minute walk from the apartment. For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out. 2) Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ). 3)Contract registration fee: 50 EUR. 4) Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 EUR. 5) Cadastral survey 80 EUR. For those interested, we offer a complimentary parking service for ONE car at a partner garage, located OFF-SITE. A shuttle service between the garage and the apartment is provided upon arrival and departure (both ways using your own vehicle). Any additional car requests must be arranged in advance and paid separately DIRECTLY TO THE GARAGE STAFF.
